What happens after my incident is logged?
Within a few minutes, your incident video will appear in your app’s Call Log. You will also receive an email when your recording is ready to download.
How do I share my app-recorded video?
Once the video appears in your call log, you’ll be able to download the file and share it from your device. Depending on the size of the video, your device may prompt you to email and/or share a cloud link, instead of sharing the video as a direct message.
How do I update my contact info?
Navigate to your User Profile in the app at any time to make sure your phone number, email address, and any other relevant details are up to date.
